About Us

Jeanette R. Marcelle, a multitalented young entrepreneur from the twin-island Republic of Trinidad and Tobago. Holds a BA (Hons) in Human Resources Management, from Anglia Ruskin University, a Masters of Business Administration with concentration in Marketing also from Anglia Ruskin University.  Diploma in Culinary Arts from the Trinidad & Tobago Hospitality & Tourism Institute, with 15 years’ experience in the food industry and certification in Food Sanitation, Safety and Microbiology. Notably, Ms. Marcelle is known as the “angel chef” for her charity work among the homeless.


What is important?

Good nutrition is a critical part of an individual’s health, well-being and quality of life.


The problem

Poor nutrition impact day-to-day life by affecting concentration, work or school performance. Low-income populations often experience a greater burden from chronic diseases caused by poor nutrition; these problems is evident in rising health care cost.

The solution

Offering pre-package meals, menu and meal planning, portion control, bento boxes, DIY smoothie’s recipes, tips on how to shop for fresh produce without breaking the bank, and community based seminars on the “importance of healthy eat today, for a healthier tomorrow.”

It’s not my aim to change cultural habits, but amend them by reducing the high percentage of deaths due to lifestyle diseases and reduce childhood obesity (25%) while making food fun and enjoyable.
